Cocktail
Bar Information
Cocktails
Jeremy
has an extensive knowledge of traditional and contemporary cocktails
and mocktails, and a working knowledge of mobile cocktail bar situations.
For as few as 20 people for intimate private party and up to 500 for
a large corporate event, he can help you decided which cocktails most
suit your event and how to provide them for a small, medium or large
scale events.
Jeremy will create
a cocktail list that has a variety of creamy, fruity or fresh cocktails
all tasty, stylish and easy to drink that will appeal to everyone’s
taste. A maximum of four cocktails is suggested for a medium to large
scale event, but on the day 2010 will improvise so as to cater for kids,
drivers and the older crowd with mocktails and other beverages.
The current trend
of cocktails is for fresh fruity drinks with a touch of style. Perhaps
a mixture of old favorites with some modern additions. This works well
as it gives people a chance to try something new. We guarantee that
we will provide a cocktail list of extremely high standards and cocktails
that will be a talking point of the party.
Alcohols
and Liquors
Due
to current licensing 2010 Productions can not provide alcohol but we
can organise for it to be delivered to the venue. As well as making
and serving cocktails we swill also serve other alcoholic and non-alcoholic
beverages supplied by the client so as to cater for all guests.
Non-Alcoholic
Ingredients
Softs,
Juices, Fruit, Syrups and many more items go into making great cocktails.
Straws and garnishes will also be supplied so as to have real cocktail
experience.
Glassware
Nice
glasses certainly add some pizzazz to the cocktails. These will be arranged
according to the cocktail list requirements.
Printed
menus
Printed menues are available in a range of styles and colors to match
your event and can be provided after consultation.

The
Cosmopolitan
This cocktail was made famous by ‘Sex in the City’.
It is a mix of vodka, Cointreau, cranberry and lime and is appealing
to all palates. Now a standard in bars in Sydney and all over the world.
The percect cocktail for your next Sex in the City themed party or drinks.

The
Daiquiri
A standard traditional cocktail made with Bacardi. Strawberry, Mixed
Berry, Mango or Melons are just some variations of an old favorite.

The
Martini
Traditionally made with gin and vermouth, although substituting vodka
for gin is now common. Over the years, the martini has become one of
the most well-known mixed alcoholic beverages. Served, Sweet, Dry or
Dirty, with Olives or a twist, Shaken or stirred, Straight-up or on
the rocks, the Martini is "the elixir of quietude" (E.
B. White)

The
Mojito
A traditional Cuban highball which became popular in the United States
during the late 1980s, and has recently seen a resurgence in popularity.
A mojito is traditionally made of five ingredients: white rum, sugar,
lime, carbonated water and mint. Its combination of sweetness and refreshing
citrus and mint flavors are intended to mask the potent kick of the
rum.
