Starting in hospitality young, he excelled in services around Australia and in Europe before leading Sydney based teams with Stedman’s, marketing agency LAM and other events and theming companies to develop and execute amazing events with some amazing bars.

Cocktail List
2010 cocktail lists are tailored to suit each event style, theme and budget. Many delicious ingredients go into the freshly made modern and classic cocktails that your guests will love, with great drinks for everyone including mocktails for kids and drivers. For events cocktail lists we suggest 4-5 cocktails for medium to large occasions, but during the event 2010 mobile cocktail bartenders and staff will cater to kids, drivers and the older crowd with mocktails and serve any drinks requested.
Fashionable cocktail lists on the Sydney scene include fresh, fruity drinks, long and short with oftentimes unique ingredients and a touch of style. A mixture of current favourites with a few modern additions plus a mocktail or 2 is great, as your guests will enjoy a few cocktails know, and try something new. We guarantee that our extremely high standards of service and the cocktails will be a talking point of the party.
Themeing your cocktail party is always fun for your guests and can make your event stand out from the rest. The Bar, Bartenders and Cocktail List can all be themed to suit your event. Hawian and Beach Themes, James Bond and Martini Bar Themes, or Corporate Themeing to suit company, motto or event. We have made Megabyte Margarita’s to relax clients after a seminar, Sex In The City Cosmopolitans to get the Hens night started and Dry Martinis for a James Bond 40th Birthday. Alcohol and Liqueurs
Due to current licensing 2010 Productions can not provide alcohol but we can organise for it to be delivered to the venue. As well as making and serving cocktails we can serve other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages supplied by the client so as to cater for all guests.
Juices, syrups, dashes and sprinkles of many items go into making great cocktails. Straws, cocktail garnishes and glassware will also be supplied so as to have real cocktail experience.
Other beverages both alcoholic (beer, wine, champagne) and non-alcoholic (juice, soft-drink, mineral water) may also be needed. We can consult you on this or leave it to your discretion.

Nice glasses certainly add some pizzazz to the cocktails and can vary depending on the size of the cocktail party. Plastic cocktail glasses can also be good for some events or outdoor events. These will be arranged according to the cocktail list requirements.

Printed menus are available in a range of styles and colors to match your event and can be provided after consultation.
