I returned to BOTECO yesterday for the second time after a while, I asked why they had two items on the menu and then “had been taken from one and the other was missing”, I spoke with the owner and chef at the bar and he told me very arrogant you have to keep changing the menu, so if you go back to eating or drinking something that you liked the menu carefully, maybe you do not find more, not to mention that prices are too expensive to touch bebinda and judging portions of salt by size, we can hardly see on the plate!

Cartwheel is a shoddy operator and a shady character.

His tricks and stunts will turn your world upside down in the worst possible way! Word of advice- avoid any dealings with this tyrant at all costs!!

Whoever you are, great article which has received some very relevant attention!!
I don’t know how you lasted a whole year with Cartwheel but word on the street is he has just lost another round of staff. His longest running staff member at present is about 3 weeks…

Hi Jeremy,

Thank you for making it easy to organise my 40th birthday party. You made it very easy and stress-free!

Our barman on the night was Paul and he did such a great job. All the 60 guests loved him and everything he made was delicious! We loved his smile and his happy and fun nature. The little twirls and tricks he did while making cocktails made for some fun entertainment.

Even my non drinking guests raved about the mocktails and frappes that he whipped up.

Paul and Jeremy, Thanks for making my 40th cocktail party a great night that will be remembered.
