Cocktail Recipies

Here we have broken down our cocktails into 3 categories; traditional, standard and contemporary. There are different ways to classify drinks and certainly different ways to make the same drink. No one way is right or wrong and the construction of the cocktail to a certain standard often depends on the immediate consumer. For example someone may drink their coffee with 1 or 2 sugars in the same ways as you can order your Martini sweet or dry, or order your Mojito and then choose to add a little more sweetness.

Jeremy has put together a list some of his favorite cocktails and method, most of which will be available in a mobile cocktail bar situation however some contemporary cocktails require specialised equipment.
