45ml gin 15ml Campari Bitters Limes Raw sugar Gomme
Muddle lime wedges with a good teaspoon of raw sugar. Add ice, bitters, gomme and shake well. Sink Campari with a spoon, top with crushed ice. Serve with 2 small straws to stir and suck occasional raw sugar bits.
