After trying a few different creations with creme de cacao the chocolate margarita was the stand out. 30mls tequila 15mls triple sec 15mls creme de cacao small dash of sugar syrup This is an easy one, just shake all ingredients hard on ice and strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with shaved chocolate. Mandarin and saffron martini
45ml vodka 15ml white rum a whole mandarin 1/4 lemon honey caster sugar 3/3 strands of saffron

45ml Vodka 15ml Cointreau granny smith apples limes passion fruit syrup ginger beer 5ml gomme Raw sugar
Muddle limes, apple and raw sugar
