| As often as possible we like to hit a new or established cocktail bar and enjoy a few traditional or contemporary cocktails. While food is mentioned I concentrate on the atmosphere and of course the quality of the cocktails for the cocktail bar reviews. At least 3 cocktails gives you a good idea of a venues cocktail list. New on the Surry scene, this cocktail bar and restaurant have mixed classic South American drinks from amazing cocktails, beer and wine to food and desserts, with the contemporary setting of a modern Sydney bar. The Alio bar forms part of the main restaurants dispense bar but with high stools, some nice low seating and the occasional jazz band, this place can be a great start to the night before moving onwards or into the restaurant for their signature 8-10 course degustation with matching wines.
