I wanted to quickly thank you and your team for the great service and entertainment. The outside cocktail bar was a great way to start the Gala Dinner after a long day of delegates attending of our Asia Pacific Annual Conference sessions. Jeremy Thomas – 2010 Productions Director

Jeremy Thomas was born into hospitality and from a very young age knew that this was the industry for him. Spruiking ice creams at football games before legally allowed to work anywhere else was his first introduction to behind the scenes of events and gave him a taste of independence which eventually sent him around Europe working in bars and learning French and Spanish. Returning to Australia with a cultural complex mind set he worked for a range of hospitality and events agencies but it wasn’t long before 2010 Productions was born. Drawing from the skills and knowledge of many cocktail bars and events jobs gives Jeremy an end to end understanding of how to motivate staff to provide the best service in any given situation from fire breathing flair bartenders to multi skilled DJ/MCs. Blogging is his latest passion and the recent Sydney Cocktail Bar reviews are testament to his entertaining breakdowns of some of Sydney’s newest and coolest watering holes and his expertise when mixing and creating new and exciting cocktail creations.
